How do Saturday bookings and deposits work?
Saturday slots are in high demand. We require a 30% deposit (payable via secure SnapScan, credit card link, or EFT) to secure your appointment. Cancellations made at least 12 hours prior to the session can be rescheduled at no cost; cancellations within 12 hours forfeit the deposit.
Do I need a patch test before my first laser hair removal session?
Yes. For safety and clinical efficacy, all first-time laser clients must undergo a complimentary 10-minute patch test at least 24 hours prior to their full treatment. First-time laser cannot be booked on Saturday without an existing midweek patch test.
What skincare products and brands do you use in treatments?
We exclusively use medical-grade skincare lines including Lamelle Research Laboratories, Dermalogica Professional, and Heliocare SPF protectors.
Can I book while the therapists are in a treatment session?
